WEBExit…. Stage Left, the band’s second live album, was recorded at The Apollo in Glasgow, Scotland on June 10th & 11th, 1980 and at The Forum in Montreal, Quebec in March 27th, 1981. A video release with the same name, with slightly different content, was released in 1982 on VHS and later on Laserdisc, and in 2007 on DVD.

WEBMay 20, 2008 · Slightly off topic, but for Permanent Waves through to Exit Stage Left, I get very close to Alex's tone with a humbucky guitar into a King of Tone and a Strymon Deco (using both chorus and tape saturation). Works for me, but horses for courses.

WEBJun 27, 2008 · I've been nostalgic lately and listening to Permanent Waves, Moving Pictures, and Exit...Stage Left. I really loved Lifeson's guitar sound during this period. Especially Limelight, Spirit of the Radio, etc. He had a really tight saturated sound, clean and dirty all at once.
