You can arrange from Oahu when you book your trip with your local representative. They can pick up at certain pre set hotels at certain dates and times. I don't know about Maui but I would assume that their tour operator can do it from there too. But you have to pay for the flights on top of the actual tour. They will book everything for you. Just talk to your local Tour representative
