While the Canucks won the even-strength scoring chances battle 21-19, the Kings recorded more even-strength high-danger scoring chances by a count of 8-6. Ultimately, it was yet another game where Vancouver's offence disappeared, as they were outscored 4-1 at even-strength.

It was another tough night at Rogers Arena as the Vancouver Canucks fell 5-1 to the L.A. Kings. With the loss, the Canucks move to 19-15-10 on the season and have just three wins in their last 14 games.
