Costco has reportedly been forced to recall 80,000 pounds of butter after the nutrient label failed to mention that the dairy product contains ... milk.

Due to a very basic error that could put consumers' health at risk, the major supermarket chain had to recall a large quantity of butter.

Costco recalled 80,000 pounds of butter whose packaging omitted the allergen warning 'Contains Milk.' It follows a far worse packaging error from Mattel last week.
