For years, questions surrounded what happened to 14-year-old Libby German and 13-year-old Abby Williams, even as a video seemed to capture the moment a man confronted them.

Jurors deliberated 18 hours over four days before finding Richard Allen guilty in the deaths of Libby German and Abby Williams in Delphi, Indiana.

A jury found Richard Allen, charged in the 2017 slayings of two teen-age girls in Delphi, Indiana, guilty on all counts of murder and felony murder. Allen faces 130 years in prison. NBC News' Maggie Vespa reports.
