Harry Kane can finally celebrate his first career title after Bayern Munich became Bundesliga champion on Sunday with a little help from Freiburg.

Bayern Munich are still in party mood as they reclaimed the Bundesliga crown earlier this week after Bayer Leverkusen played a 2-2 draw against SC Freiburg in the weekend. It marked the club's first trophy under Vincent Kompany and also broke the curse for Harry Kane.
