Columbia University has suspended dozens of students and barred alums and others who participated in a pro-Palestinian demonstration inside the school’s main library earlier this week.

Columbia punished students for protesting Israel’s genocidal war on Gaza, escalating a growing crackdown on campus dissent.

The moves comes as the university is locked in negotiations with the Trump administration over federal funding.
