Top Trump adviser Stephen Miller told reporters Friday that the administration is "looking at" ways to end due process protections for unauthorized immigrants who are in the country.

Donald Trump's deputy chief of staff and DHS security adviser, Stephen Miller, who has been known for his hard-line immigration policies, told reporters at the White House driveway Friday that the administration was looking into stopping a protection that allows detained individuals to challenge their detention in court.

"Reinterpreting the Constitution on a whim in an effort to grant authoritarian powers is unpatriotic and un-American."
