Bases in Panama, Puerto Rico, and potentially Ecuador are coming back to life as the U.S. military builds up forces in the region.

CHATSWORTH, LOS ANGELES (KABC) -- A man at an abandoned military facility in Chatsworth fell down a 40-foot crevice, and crews worked through the early morning hours on Sunday to rescue him.
