Retired boxer Floyd Mayweather has listed his grand Beverly Hills, California, home for $48 million. Mayweather purchased the six-bedroom estate on North Crescent Drive from spec mansion developer Nile Niami for $25.5 million in 2017, according to property records.

The undefeated fighter paid real estate developer Nile Niami $22.5 million for the home in 2017, shortly before he retired from pro boxing.

Built in 1992, the French Modern-style house has an open-plan living space, 10 sets of French doors, a paneled library, a wine cellar with an adjacent bar, and a guest house with a 20-seat cinema room.
