The leader of the far-right Proud Boys group has been released after his arrest on suspicion of burning a Black Lives Matter flag last month. Enrique Tarrio faces destruction of property charges.

Tarrio, 42, a Miami native, was serving a 22-year sentence after being convicted in May 2023 of seditious conspiracy.
