LUBBOCK, Texas (KCBD) - On Monday night, New Mexico State Police Chief says officers shot and killed a man during a traffic stop near East Marland Boulevard and South Fowler Street in Hobbs. NMSP Chief Troy Weisler said officers pulled a white Dodge Charger over there just after 6 p.m.
