Kansas City police said 24-year-old Breanna Bullington lost control of her SUV near Interstate 435 and 103rd Street around 3 a.m. Friday morning. Her sister, 21-year-old Alexis Bullington, was in the back seat of the car and also died in the crash, according to investigators.
