Little Rock Police Department officials identified the victim as 19-year-old Anthony Jakob White. On Jan. 28, authorities said officers were called to Westbridge Apartments at 2123 Labette Manor Drive shortly after 11 p.m. When they arrived, officers said they found White dead inside of a car with an apparent gunshot wound.

Officials with the Little Rock Fire Department were on the scene of a fire about a block from the Governor’s Mansion on Sunday.
