Louisiana Governor's Office of Homeland Security and Emergency Preparedness Director Jaques Thibodeaux said the department created an app that those recovering from disasters can use to easily locate distribution centers, also known as PODs. The app is called "Get A Game Plan." The acronym stands for point of distribution center.
