At 11:58 p.m. on Monday, the NWS Greenville-Spartanburg SC released an updated flood advisory in effect until Tuesday at 11:45 a.m. for Caldwell County.

Forecasters warned of flash flooding from Florida to Virginia amid a slow-moving system that is expected to bring heavy rainfall through midweek.
