The man arrested in connection to Reachel Dawson’s overdose death appeared in Powell County court Tuesday on a murder charge in a separate woman’s overdose death.

37-year-olds Jeffery and Savana Fast were both arrested after officers searched their Jeffersonville home. Both face voyeurism, child exploitation, and obstruction of justice charges.
