BINGHAMTON, N.Y. (WIVT/WBGH) – A Binghamton teenager will spend the next 8 years in New York State Prison. Broome County District Attorney Paul Battisti announced that 18-year-old Namique McBride was sentenced to 8 years in prison to be followed by 5 years of post-release supervision for Criminal Possession of a Weapon in the Second Degree.
