An increasing number of celebrities are announcing their homes have burned down during the Los Angeles wildfires that have already killed five and forced the evacuation of more than 130,000.

Notable landmarks within the city are threatened by the inferno, among them the Capitol Records building, the TCL Chinese Theatre, the legendary Hollywood Walk of Fame, and the Hollywood Bowl.

Los Angeles held its breath for another day on Wednesday as windswept wildfires ripped across parched hillsides and consumed whole neighborhoods. Tens of thousands of people fled the flames and smoke.
