The Lancaster branch of the NAACP is postponing their 45th annual Martin Luther King Jr. commemoration service, celebration, and health fair. The postponement is due to impending winter weather. The service was original scheduled for Sunday.

Conditions for Monday's holiday are expected to be no warmer than minus-8 degrees with potential wind chills as low as minus-45.
