Retro gaming YouTuber, Once Were Nerd, is facing potential jail time after the Italian government accused him of promoting piracy through his reviews of gaming handhelds.

The FBI has taken down seven websites, including nsw2u.com and nswdl.com, known for distributing pirated video games, particularly Nintendo Switch titles.
