On Wednesday, the jury heard from a prosecution cell-phone expert who testified about the last movements of O’Keefe’s cell phone, and from a Massachusetts State Police trooper about physical evidence recovered at the scene of O’Keefe’s death. The prosecution will call its next witness when the trial resumes Thursday at 9 a.m.

Digital forensic analyst Jessica Hyde also testified that she does not believe McCabe intentionally deleted any calls from her call log.

Police are investigating a hit-and-run after a van rammed into a motorcycle in Beaverton, Oregon. The motorcyclist sustained serious injuries and was transported to a nearby hospital, according to police.
