A New Hampshire federal judge on Thursday issued a ruling prohibiting the president's January executive order ending birthright citizenship for children born to those without legal status from taking effect anywhere in the US.

On the Senate floor today, Republican Senator John Barrasso lashed out at district court judges for continuing to block Donald Trump's lawlessness. Recently, a Boston judge temporarily blocked the Trump Administration from defunding Planned Parenthood.

In an unsigned decision, the justices said the administration is "likely to succeed" in its argument that President Donald Trump's executive order directing agency downsizing is lawful. The ruling allows the White House to resume staff reduction efforts across 22 federal agencies - including the Departments of State,
