Jonathan David and Juventus will stand to benefit greatly from their new partnership as the Italian club adds a much-needed prolific striker and the Canadian gets to hone in his skills ahead of the FIFA World Cup.

It was signing day — and David finally step foot in Turin.

Canada forward Jonathan David signed a five-year contract with Juventus on Friday. After his five-year contract at Lille expired, David joined the record 36-time Italian champion on a free transfer.
