The attack happened Wednesday night outside a restaurant as people were leaving an album-release party for Chicago rapper Mello Buckzz. Another mass shooting happened at a club that operated from the same address in 2022.

INDIANAPOLIS — IMPD is investigating a shooting at an apartment on Massachusetts Avenue July 3 that left a woman dead. The shooting happened just after 5 p.m. near the intersection with North New Jersey and East Michigan streets. When officers arrived, they found a woman that had been shot. She died at the scene.
