A movement to outlaw the Super Bowl champion Philadelphia Eagles’s beloved if controversial short-yardage play fails to get the required votes

The push to ban the Eagles' signature play has become one of the NFL's top stories and, rest assured, the movement is not over.

In the same vein as the play itself, the "Tush Push" barrels forward. On Wednesday, NFL owners voted at the spring league meeting to keep the play made famous by the Philadelphia Eagles, rejecting a proposal put forward by the Green Bay Packers to ban it.
