I don't know what the difference is, but I didn't get any weird messages this time. Oh, by the way: I chatted with Adobe when this first happened, and the tech, although very nice, was quite surprised when I said Elements 12 and 15.

Uselsss for me as I can't open a file in elements 15 and print out from there, and all my already saved files automatically open in elements 15. When I went to windows 10, the update automatically deleted my adobe program and I had to buy new software, hence the abobe elements 15. I'm getting tired of this.
