Nov 25, 2023 · The only discs that weren't working were the games for the Xbox 360, all of which were games that were compatible with the Xbox One at some point, since I had played them before. I also just tried to play a DVD in the Xbox One and that didn't work either, but it wasn't a Blue-Ray disc so that might've been why.

For xbox one games, regardless of digital or disc, the save game progress is saved to hard drive. Where as if its a backwards compatible xbox 360 title on xbox one (either digital or disc), it saves to the cloud instead.

Xbox 1's Kinect has a higher resolution and can read QR codes and has better voice recepters and I think it's slimmer too.
