I used to be all in with barefoot walking and I still love my barefoot shoes. But lately I’ve had a lot of patients asking me if they should be switching to barefoot shoes bc they saw some viral video on social media shaming them for wearing their arch support, cushion shoes that help them walk more and stay active.
