I expected (well hoped) that the exhaustion, weight gain, being cold all of the time, brain fog, hair loss, and other common hypothyroid symptoms would go away- but these were JUST A FEW of the other things that went away too! Changing what you eat isn’t easy, but it’s so incredibly worth it when you not only get your life back from the symptoms making you feel like crap, but also the other benefits that also appear. (Like finally losing the weight you’ve been trying to lose- as a “side effect”
